Red brick building with cream coloured quoins in the centre of the town next to the cross. This lively down-to-earth locals' pub features several sports TVs, a small room to the left with pool and a raised room to the right offering superb darts facilities. According to the old windows the darts room was originally the Smoke Room. The coloured glass at the front door is worth noting.
