Sign up for email updates
If you update CAMRA with your email address at https://account.camra.org.uk/marketing we can keep you updated with branch news, social trips and meeting minutes. An easy way to keep abreast of branch news.
Keep us informed!
This is the simplest way to help out. We are always on the lookout for pub and brewery news. We can't discover everything ourselves so rely on member feedback to keep us informed. If your local has closed or is under threat or is doing well, or you hear of a new pub - please tell us!! You can feedback info via Whatpub, Twitter, Facebook, Email or Phone. All the contact info is on this site and any news is always appreciated. We take great pains to keep Whatpub as accurate as possible but it relies on feedback, please do keep us updated https://whatpub.com/
Become a beer scorer
This is a very simple way to help - just submit your beer scores whenever you visit a pub. No experience necessary and no meetings to attend! Simply logon to Whatpub using your CAMRA membership number and password, find the pub and enter your scores. These scores help us identify us pubs that are doing well or poorly and help with the annual Good Beer Guide selection meetings. https://whatpub.com/
Submit an article
Articles about branch pubs are always welcome, especially with photographs. We can put them on this website and on our social media sites so that we can share news widely to members.
Volunteer at a Beer Festival
Help out at one of the beer festivals that the branch organises. https://westcheshire.camra.org.uk/viewnode.php?id=59990 Volunteers are always welcome and training can be given if you haven't worked at a festival before. It is very rewarding and great fun.
Attend Branch Socials
This is a good way to meet like minded people and enjoy some good beer trips. Details are on the "What's On" page
Attend Branch Meetings
Our branch meetings are usually held on the 3rd Thursday of every month at a pub in our area. We understand that formal meetings are not everyone's cup of tea but come along and you may find you enjoy them! We'd love to see more members attending. You'll find all the meeting details on the "What's On" page
Cheers!!!
